The Home Depot

This was the best Home Depot experience as the employees all helped my 90- year-old mom to buy a refrigerator and get the right price and arrange delivery. From the appliance department staff to the check-out, we were impressed and will be back here soon.

I had an excellent experience with Yvolon Soinvil at the Home Depot store in the 33498 area. Yvolon was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I found exactly what I needed, and provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude. It's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Yvolon, for making my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Home Depot is fortunate to have such a dedicated sales associate!

I purchased this item only because we agreed on a guaranteed delivery date. That delivery date was extremely important to me. Now, just two days later, you’re sending me a message saying the delivery has been delayed. Did anyone even ask if that was acceptable? I canceled my Best Buy order because they delayed the delivery, and I chose to buy from you instead. Now you’re doing exactly the same thing. This delivery experience has been terrible, and I’m extremely disappointed.

This Home Depot location has been the most wonderful to shop at. The staff, Joyce and Micana, who were assisting us in the customer service area were absolutely wonderful. They were so patient in helping us with a complicated order and after a long time we were able to figure it out. We love our Home Depot partners helping us give back to our local community. Thank you again Joyce and Micana for everything you did for us yesterday!

We had a great experience today at the The Home Depot. A staff member named Yvolon Soinvil was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to walk with us across the store to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We also had a very pleasant conversation along the way. Thanks to him, we were able to choose the best option in terms of both quality and price. Highly recommend this location. It’s a large, well-stocked store where you can find just about anything you need.
